2022 Upcoming Releases

 2022 will be another bumper-crop year with several new releases:

On January 25th a new DC Sound Collective digital single "Don't Wanna Be Here" will be released. Pre-order here.

On March 22nd a new Daniel Crommie digital album "Twenty Twenty 2" will be released. Pre-order at Amazon.

Coming November 2nd - Daniel Crommie's "Inner World"

Inner World, recorded concurrently with Noisemaker and A Prelude to the New Normal, features challenging long-form compositions for flutes and electronics with an emphasis on light and shade, tone and texture - with ethnic, orchestral and mallet percussion. Modern production meets concert flute, processed through vintage electronic devices - in addition to exotic acoustic instruments, analogue and digital synthesizers and electric dulcimer - which alternately express inner calm and existential angst in slowly evolving soundscapes. Coming in Spring 2022: Daniel Crommie's "Twenty Twenty 2"

"A Prelude to the New Normal" by Daniel Crommie released!

 Some new sounds for you! The experimental follow-up to "Noisemaker" takes you on an eclectic journey to the future past with medieval, jazz-funky world rhythms and primal rocking that concludes on a contemplative note. This album features some retro analogue electronics including brassy flute parts created courtesy of a 1967 Maestro "System for Woodwinds" newly restored and integrated into the proceedings. This is the second of at least three solo albums scheduled for release in 2021. You can order the CD or download here.

Two new digital singles from DC Sound Collective

 There are two upcoming singles from DC Sound Collective slated for release this spring and summer - the first of which is "Everyone I've Ever Been", released Monday, March 15th at all the usual streaming/download services (Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, etc). Listen here and here.
